Upload prescriptions or documents
Upload medical prescriptions or relevant documents directly to the booking and access them at any time if needed.
For medical transport certificates, we can connect you with a partner company: you send the certificate there, they handle the processing, and you see the status directly in Doards.
ELDA billing for patient transport
Create the Austrian Krankentransportschein in the booking, generate the DKT file and submit it to ELDA, directly from Doards.
The billable distance is requested from the ÖGK Distanzanzeiger, so your kilometres match what the insurance fund calculates.
Doards provides the technical connection to ELDA and the ÖGK Distanzanzeiger. For live billing you need a patient transport contract with the responsible insurance fund.
